We are frequently asked to assess whether or not an unexpected injury from surgery has been negligently caused. 2. The complete through and through cutting of the median nerve during carpal tunnel decompression surgery.
3. Incision through the bowel in routine vaginal prolapse surgery.
4. Damage to the bowel in gynaecological keyhole surgery whilst not keeping the instrumentation under direct view.
